Packaged cookies are still tasty for well over a week, but we recommend eating within 5 days of purchase for the best experience. Leave cookies at room temperature, as refrigeration can dry out the cookies.

Cookies also freeze incredibly well for up to 3 months! We recommend putting cookies in an airtight container in the freezer for best results. To defrost, remove the cookie from the freezer and allow to thaw before opening. Thankfully, you don’t need to wait long. Cookies typically thaw in less than 30 minutes.

Cookies are best frozen by placing into an airtight container in the freezer.

To thaw, remove the container from the freezer and keep at room temperature. Do not open the container until the cookie is thawed. (Half an hour is usually enough.)

Our original cookie flavor, Vanilla Number 1, is available at all times. It is a substantial cookie with a velvety crumb and mild buttery-vanilla flavor, and finished with decorative royal icing, which has a crisp-set.

Select seasonal flavors and limited-edition offerings are available at events and for special orders.

We also love creating flavors as unique as our designs. Pistachio Cardamom? Campfire Coffee? Double-chocolate caramel? Yes! Let us know what flavor you’re dreaming of, and we will let you know if it’s within our magical abilities. (And sure, we can just do chocolate, too.)

No! Royal icing sets crisp (essential for holding detailed design and preserving the artwork) but breaks cleanly with an easy bite.

Market pricing and custom order pricing will vary based on costs.

Since orders are custom designed and made, we cannot give one-size-fits-all price estimates. Basic cookies for customer orders start at $3/cookie with a minimum order of 1 dozen, but some of the factors that go into our pricing include:

• Total number of treats (volume discounts offered)

• Cookie shapes and sizes (including if a custom shape is needed)

• Special flavors or confections

• Number of designs for a set

• Number of colors requested

• Intricacy of the design

That said, there are often ways we can work within your budget to make something truly special.

Orders are hand delivered to your location, or pick-ups can be arranged.

Due to current Minnesota Cottage Food laws, orders cannot be shipped, nor can they be delivered outside of the state of Minnesota. (Shipping to all Minnesota addresses is coming in August 2027.)
